Christ has promised to be with us always. We now ask him to intercede for us with the Father, as we offer our prayers of intercession.

We pray for Pope Leo and all Church leaders. Through their words and deeds, may we recognise and welcome the gifts of the Spirit at work in our Church today.

We pray for the leaders of all Churches and religious groups. May they be open to the Spirit promised by Jesus, making all Christians one, as testimony to God’s presence in the world.

We pray for all families and communities. May the love they share reflect God’s love poured into our hearts by the Holy Spirit.

We pray for our faith community. United through baptism, may we recognise, nurture and use our God-given gifts to further Jesus’ mission.
